By accessing or using any Crescent Valley RP (CVRP) assets—including but not limited to our Discord servers, FiveM servers, TeamSpeak servers, forums, or any other affiliated platforms—you agree to fully comply with all CVRP community rules and regulations. Failure to adhere to these rules may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from all CVRP assets. CVRP reserves the right to modify or enforce these rules at its discretion to maintain a fair and enjoyable community for all members.

By continuing to use any CVRP asset, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you must cease usage of CVRP assets immediately.

Policy A: Membership Requirements

1. The Crescent Valley RP Community requires applicants to be at-least 16 years of age or older.
2. Members are required to have a licensed copy of Grand Theft Auto V or the FiveM Application. This requirement is voided for all communications members.
3. Members are required to possess TeamSpeak.
4. Members are required to have access to the Discord Client.
5. All CVRP Members will adhere to the community requirements and requisites outlined in this and other official community or department documents. 

Policy B: Respect, Maturity, and Professionalism.

1. All members regardless of rank or position are required to treat everyone with respect.
2. Excessive cursing/swearing is prohibited on all Crescent Valley RP assets. 
3. Slandering, Defamation, or Bullying any member of the community is prohibited.
4. Arguments of any kind are prohibited on server managed assets.
5. Any form of harassment, weather intended or not is prohibited.
6. For complaints against server or department staff, please fill out an Internal Affairs Complaint form.

Policy C: Community Display

1. All members are required to follow the community name format on all server managed assets. The name format is as-follows; <First Name> <Last Initial>. <Callsign>
2. Members are required to use their real name, unless given specific permission from Administration.
3. Profile Photos, Biographies, and Banners are required to be appropriate.
4. Members are prohibited from using photos of another person without their explicit consent.
5. Members profiles shall remain professional, NSFW content will not be tolerated.

Policy D: Voice Channels, Offices, and Text Channels.

1. Public Channels should not exclude any member from taking part in conversations or events. 
2. Public Channels should not be used in a malicious manner or with malicious intent.
3. Voice Channels are not expect from the CVRP Rules and Regulations.
4. Private Channels are to be respected, Members are prohibited from joining a private voice channel unless specifically called into one.
5. Private Channels are not lounges, therefore, members are prohibited from using them as such.
6. Recreational Bots (such as, "Music Bots") shall not be summoned to a private voice channels.
7. Head Administration reserves the right to enter any private voice channel as they see fit.
8. Channels are required to be used in a professional manner, as such, Topic material will be kept appropriate regardless of descriptions.
9. NSFW (or "Not Safe For Work") Content is not permitted in any type of public or private channel.
10. Self Promotion (or "Advertising") is not permitted in any channel.
11. The discussion of other FiveM Servers is not permitted on server managed assets.

Policy E: Other Communities

1. Members are permitted to be apart of other communities, assuming they are within good standing and of proper position within the community.
2. Members of Staff, Including Staff-In-Training are prohibited from joining, playing, or discussing other FiveM Communities.
3. Members who are being considered for a staff position must declare that they are a member of another community. 
4. Members are prohibited from joining, participating, or continued use of other blacklisted communities. 

Policy F: RP Guidelines

1. Realism Standards: The Crescent Valley Roleplay Community prides itself on realism, and entertaining RP. While we are not strict, some level of realism is required to be maintained.
2. Meta-gaming: Meta-Gaming is not permitted at any point. 
3. Usage of Menus: Menus are permitted to be used if granted permission by Administration.
