    • Establishment of State Departments – The State of Crescent Valley recognizes the following departments as official state agencies responsible for law enforcement, public safety, and the administration of justice. These departments shall operate in accordance with state laws and policies to ensure the protection and well-being of all citizens.

    • Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) – The Los Santos Police Department is responsible for enforcing state and local laws within the City of Los Santos. It shall provide law enforcement services, crime prevention, traffic enforcement, and public safety initiatives to protect the residents and visitors of Los Santos.

    • Los Santos County Sheriff's Office (LSCSO) – The Los Santos County Sheriff's Office shall have jurisdiction over Los Santos County, providing law enforcement services in unincorporated areas and assisting municipal agencies as necessary. The Sheriff's Office shall also oversee county-level criminal investigations and public safety operations.

    • Blaine County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) – The Blaine County Sheriff's Office shall have jurisdiction over Blaine County, including rural and unincorporated areas. It shall provide law enforcement services, patrol operations, and emergency response within its jurisdiction.

    • Paleto Bay Police Department (PBPD) – The Paleto Bay Police Department shall be responsible for law enforcement within the Town of Paleto Bay. It shall focus on community-oriented policing, crime prevention, and the enforcement of state and local laws within its municipal boundaries.

    • Sandy Shores Police Department (SSPD) – The Sandy Shores Police Department shall oversee law enforcement operations within Sandy Shores, ensuring public safety, crime prevention, and local law enforcement support for the surrounding communities.

    • Department of Justice – Crescent Valley Division (DOJ-CV) – The Department of Justice – Crescent Valley Division shall be responsible for upholding the legal system within the state. It shall oversee prosecutions, legal investigations, and the enforcement of state laws through the courts and judicial system.

    • Crescent Valley Department of Correctional Services (CV-DOCS) – The Crescent Valley Department of Correctional Services shall be responsible for the incarceration, rehabilitation, and supervision of individuals sentenced under state law. It shall oversee state correctional facilities, parole services, and reintegration programs to maintain public safety and uphold justice.

    • Interagency Cooperation – All state departments recognized under this Article shall work in coordination with one another to ensure the safety and security of Crescent Valley. They shall have the authority to enter into agreements with other local, state, and federal agencies as needed for joint operations, resource sharing, and public safety initiatives.

    • Regulations and Oversight – The State Legislature of Crescent Valley shall have the authority to regulate, fund, and oversee these departments to ensure they operate within the bounds of the law and maintain the trust of the public. Each department shall be subject to audits, public reporting requirements, and accountability measures as determined by law.
