We do declare, establish, and confirm the following as the permanent boundaries of the State of Crescent Valley:

Beginning at the shores of the Pacific Ocean, where the westernmost edge of Del-Perro Beach meets the open waters, thence running eastward along the northern boundary of Los Santos County to the Tataviam Mountains; thence continuing northeast along the Grand Senora Desert, following the Zancudo River, and extending to the northernmost point of Blaine County at the base of Mount Chiliad; thence westward along the Chiliad Mountain Range, encompassing Paleto Bay and extending to the edge of the Pacific Ocean; thence following the coastline southward, enclosing all offshore islands and lands originally surveyed and recognized as part of the State of Crescent Valley, returning to the point of beginning.

    Seat of Government
The seat of government for the State of Crescent Valley shall be and remain in Los Santos, where it is presently established.
