    • Failure to Obey Traffic Signal or Control Device
      The act of failing to obey a road traffic signal or traffic control device, issued, controlled, or placed on or near a roadway for the use of directing traffic.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.

    • Proceeding Through a Red Light
      The act of making a maneuver such as proceeding through a red light.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.

    • Failing to Stop at Amber Signal
      The act of making a maneuver such as failing to stop at an amber signal when safe to do so.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.

    • Failure to Stop at Stop Sign or Indicator
      The act of failing to stop at a stop sign, stop indicator, or slow indicator given by a traffic controller.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.
