    • Making an Illegal U-Turn
      The act of making a u-turn where it is posted to be illegal to do so.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.

    • Illegal Passing
      The act of passing another motor vehicle when posted to be illegal to do so or crossing double yellow lines.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.

    • Failure to Stay Within Lane
      Failure to stay within one's lane by crossing over or touching the designated lines.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.

    • Improper Lane Change
      The act of switching one’s lane improperly, such as, but not limited to, failure to check blind spots, driving aggressively, cutting in front of a vehicle, or any other negligent act.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.

    • Improper Turning
      Failure to turn in a safe and marked manner, such as, but not limited to, turning on red when it’s posted not to, making a u-turn when it’s posted not to, or any other abrupt turns without signalling.
      This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600.
