The act of wilfully and intentionally driving an unroadworthy vehicle upon a public roadway.
A vehicle must be equipped with the following to be declared roadworthy:

At least two (2) functional headlights.

At least two (2) functional brake lights.

Functional reverse lights.

Functional hazard lights.
-
Functional front and rear demisters.
-
Front, rear, and side windows.
-
Functional horn.
-
No fuel or oil leaks.
-
Seatbelts.
-
Mirrors.
-
Pedals.
-
Windshield wipers.
-
Dash lights.
-
Working suspension.
A vehicle may not possess the following:

Headlights of any color other than white or xenon.

Underglow of any color.
-
Body kits that emit any colors from the vehicle.

Flashing lights of any kind unless the driver possesses a traffic control certification.

Window tint with less than 70% visible light transmission.
-
Nitrous Oxide.
This offense is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to $600 and impoundment.
