Article 3. Possession of Category C Narcotics

1. The state of having, owning, or controlling ecstasy-related units on one's person or property.

2. The state of having, owning, or controlling more than 50 units of ecstasy-related substances with the intent to distribute or sell.

3. The state of having, owning, or controlling heroin.

4. The state of having, owning, or controlling more than 50 units of heroin.

5. The state of having, owning, or controlling more than 5 units of Adderall.

6. The state of having, owning, or controlling more than 50 units of Adderall.

7. The state of having, owning, or controlling more than 5 units of Xanax.

8. The state of having, owning, or controlling more than 50 units of Xanax.

This offense is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
