Article 2. Possession of Category B Narcotics

1. The willful act of possessing or owning cocaine or cocaine base [crack] in any amount.

2. The willful act of being intoxicated by cocaine.

3. The willful act of having any amount of the substance remain on one's property.

4. The state of having, owning, or controlling methamphetamine-related units on one's person or property.

5. The state of having, owning, or controlling units of methamphetamine on one's person or property.

6. The state of having, owning, or controlling more than 50 units of oxycodone and/or hydrocodone/acetaminophen.

This offense is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
