Article 1. Possession of Category A Narcotics

1. The state of being intoxicated, owning, or possessing marijuana beyond the legal limit of one (1) ounce.

2. The possession of marijuana seeds or property containing a marijuana farm.

3. The act of growing marijuana without a permit.

This offense is considered a misdemeanor and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
