    1. Conduct that is wrongful and reckless or wanton, and likely to produce death or grievous bodily harm to the general public.

    2. Conduct that is wrongful and careless or wanton, and likely to produce bodily harm to another individual.

    3. Conduct that is wrongful and careless or wanton, and likely to produce great bodily harm or death to another individual.

    This offense is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
