Article 3. Possession of Firearms While Disqualified.

1. The crime of willingly and intentionally possessing a firearm without a state-issued firearms license.

2. Possession of a firearm with a suspended or revoked firearms license.

This offense is considered a misdemeanor and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
