Article 2. Unlawful Distribution of Weapon

1. The state of having, owning, or controlling melee weapons and firearms such as standard rifles while under felony status with intent to distribute or sell.

2. The state of having, owning, or controlling firearms such as semi-automatic and automatic weapons with the intent to distribute or sell without having a court-approved license to sell and possess.

3. The state of having, owning, or controlling firearms such as explosive ordnances with the intent to sell.

This offense is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
