    1. The act of possessing a melee weapon, stun device, ammunition, or firearms such as pistols and hunting rifles while being a convicted felon under San Andreas Law.
    2. The act of possessing, owning, or controlling a firearm such as an automatic weapon or automatic ammunition.
    3. The act of possessing, owning, or controlling an explosive ordnance device.

    This offense is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
