    Destruction of Private Property: The act of destroying property with a result of less than $10,000.
    The act of destroying property with a result of more than $10,000.
    The act of willingly destroying or tampering with government property.
    The act of willingly destroying, tampering, or tampering with a government-assigned tracking device.


    The offense of Destruction of Private Property is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
