    Violation of a Restraining Order: Failure to adhere to the lawful judgment, decree, order, or process set in place to protect an individual due to a violent crime, harassment, or destruction of protected property or persons.


    The offense of Violation of a Restraining Order is considered a misdemeanor and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
