    Disorderly Conduct: The act of engaging in fighting, threatening, or in violent tumultuous behavior; making unreasonable noise or offensively coarse utterance, gesture or display, or addressing abusive language to any person present. The act of creating a hazardous or physically offensive condition by any act which serves no legitimate purpose of the actor. The crime of acting in a way that disrupts the public order or disturbs the peace and tranquility of a community. Displaying one's genitals to another individual, usually with the apparent intent to shock the unsuspecting viewer and give the exposure of a sexual charge. The meeting of three or more persons with the intent to disturb the public peace. Willfully inciting or urging others to engage in a riot. When a person is visibly drunk or under the influence of drugs in public and is disturbing others and/or is unable to stop themselves from hurting themselves or others.


    The offense of Disorderly Conduct is considered a misdemeanor and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
