    Possession of Stolen Identification: The act of possessing an identification of another person who they have unlawful possession of, without their knowledge or consent. A person who, with the intent to defraud, acquires, transfers, or retains possession of the personal identifying information of another person.


    The offense of Possession of Stolen Identification is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
