    Impersonating a Government Employee: A person who falsely holds himself out as a peace officer or government employee with the intent to mislead another into believing that he is actually such an officer. A person who holds the properties of a real government employee, such as a badge.


    The offense of Impersonating a Government Employee is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $5,000 and 60 months imprisonment.
