    Loitering: The act of remaining in a particular public place for a protracted time, without any apparent purpose.

    Government Property Loitering: The act of remaining in a particular government property for a protracted time, without any apparent purpose.


    The offense of Loitering is considered an infraction and is punishable by up to a $660 fine.
