Robbery: The taking of money or goods in the repossession of another, from his or her person or immediate presence by force or intimidation in high-trafficked areas of population with a firearm.
Accessory to Robbery: Intentionally assisting, aiding, or supporting the principal offender with the taking of money or goods in the possession of another, withholding information from law enforcement, and/or planning before or after the offense is committed.
Attempted Robbery: The failed or aborted attempt to take money or goods in the possession of another.
Robbery of a Business: The taking of money or goods in the possession of a convenience store, liquor store, or any other residence open to the public, within the public eye, or otherwise selling the possessed item, in which the person is not purchasing, or is not willing to purchase the item with a firearm.
Accessory to Business Robbery: Intentionally assisting, aiding, or supporting the principal offender with all robberies of a convenience store, liquor store, or any other residence open to the public.
ATM Robbery: The act of the taking of currency items or goods in the possession of an ATM machine.
Accessory to ATM Robbery: Intentionally assisting, aiding, or supporting the principal offender with all robberies in connection with the above.
Attempted ATM Robbery: The failed or aborted attempt to take money or goods in the possession of an ATM machine.
Protection Automobile Robbery: The act of the taking of money or goods or assisting the taking of money or goods in the possession of an authorized protection automobile, authorized with the transport of money or goods.
Possession of Stolen Goods: The act of acquiring goods with the knowledge that they have been stolen, extorted, embezzled, or unlawfully taken in any manner.
The offense of Robbery is considered a felony and is punishable by up to $25,660 and 120 months imprisonment.
