    • Definition of Criminal Mischief
      Criminal Mischief is defined as knowingly placing another person in fear by means of a threat or physical action, where the person reasonably believes the threat or action to be true.

    • Penalties
      The offense of C1(G): Criminal Mischief is considered a felony, punishable by up to 120 months imprisonment and a minimum fine of $25,660.
