    • Definition of Aggravated Assault
      Aggravated Assault is defined as intentionally putting another person in fear or reasonable belief that they or another person will be unwillingly struck by another person.

    • Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
      Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon is defined as intentionally putting another person in fear or reasonable belief that they will be harmed, struck, or threatened with a deadly weapon, or there was a belief that they could be harmed with a deadly weapon.

    • Penalties
      The offense of C1(E): Aggravated Assault is considered a felony, punishable by up to 120 months imprisonment and a minimum fine of $25,660.
