Article 7. Seizure of Vehicles, Narcotics, and Weapons Used in the Commission of a Felony

Seizure of Property – Any vehicle, narcotics, or weapon that is used or possessed in the commission of a felony offense shall be subject to seizure by local, state, or federal law enforcement officers (LEO).

No Obligation to Return Property – If a vehicle, narcotics, or weapon is used in the commission of a felony offense, the state has no obligation to return such property to the possessor, regardless of ownership or intent.
