Lethal Force Permitted – Persons shall be permitted to use lethal force against wild animals that display aggressive behavior towards humans.

Humane Neutralization – The action of neutralizing the animal must be done in a humane manner to ensure the animal's suffering is minimized.

Immunity from Public Endangerment Charges – An individual who uses lethal force in accordance with this section shall be immune from charges of C5(D): Public Endangerment under this code.

Prolonged or Cruel Neutralization – Should an individual prolong or engage in a heinous or cruel neutralization of an animal, they will not be legally protected by this Wild Animals Doctrine and shall be subject to charges of Animal Cruelty.
