This Terms of Service agreement (“Agreement”) governs your access to and participation in the Crescent Valley RP community (“Community”). By joining or using any of the Community’s assets, including but not limited to its Discord server, website, TeamSpeak server, or FiveM server (collectively, “Community Assets”), you (“Member” or “User”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the Community Assets immediately.

I. Membership

Membership in the Community is entirely voluntary and exists at the discretion of both the Member and the Community. Members may terminate their participation in the Community at any time and for any reason. The Community reserves the right to terminate membership at its sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason. No prior notice or explanation is required for termination of membership.

II. Termination Rights

The Community retains the authority to revoke or suspend membership if a Member is found in violation of this Agreement or any supplementary policies. Membership termination may also occur if a Member’s actions are deemed detrimental to the Community's integrity, safety, or reputation. In cases of termination, access to all Community Assets may be immediately revoked without compensation or refund for any associated contributions or purchases.

III. Member Code of Conduct

Members of the Community must comply with the Crescent Valley RP Member Code of Conduct. This Code of Conduct is designed to foster respect among members, ensure fairness in interactions, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Members are required to review and understand the Code of Conduct before participating in any Community activities or using any Community Assets.

IV. Disciplinary Actions

Members who violate the Code of Conduct may be subject to disciplinary actions as deemed appropriate by the Community’s administration. Such actions may include, but are not limited to, verbal or written warnings, temporary or permanent restrictions on access to specific Community Assets, and complete termination of membership. Disciplinary actions are final and are not subject to appeal unless otherwise specified by the Community.

V. Code of Conduct Availability
The Member Code of Conduct is an integral part of this Agreement and is made available to all Members through official Community communication channels. Members are responsible for ensuring they have read and understood the Code of Conduct. Ignorance of the rules outlined in the Code of Conduct does not exempt Members from adherence or enforcement.

VI. Community Assets
The Community provides access to several platforms and tools collectively referred to as Community Assets. These include, but are not limited to, the Discord server, the official website located at https://crescentvalleyrp.xyz/, the TeamSpeak server, and the FiveM server. These assets serve as the primary spaces for interaction, collaboration, and participation within the Community.

VII. Use of Assets
Members are granted access to Community Assets as a privilege and not a right. Members must use these assets responsibly and in accordance with the rules established for each platform. Unauthorized or inappropriate use of Community Assets may result in immediate suspension or termination of access. Access to these assets may be revoked for reasons including, but not limited to, harassment of other Members, unauthorized modification or tampering, or the dissemination of malicious content.

VIII. Ownership and Control
All Community Assets are owned and managed by Crescent Valley RP. Members do not gain any ownership rights or proprietary interest in these assets through their participation. The Community reserves the right to modify, restrict, or remove access to any Community Assets at any time without prior notice. Members are prohibited from duplicating, sharing, or distributing Community Assets without explicit permission from the Community.

XI. Amendments
The Community reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be communicated through official Community channels, and continued participation in the Community will signify acceptance of any updated terms. Members are encouraged to review this Agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates.

XII. Limitation of Liability
The Community is not responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries incurred through the use of Community Assets. Members participate at their own risk and agree to hold Crescent Valley RP harmless from any claims or disputes arising from their participation or use of Community Assets.

XIII. Indemnification
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crescent Valley RP, its administrators, and its representatives against any liabilities, legal actions, or expenses resulting from their actions within the Community or their misuse of Community Assets.

XIV. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Commonwealth of Australia. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of The Commonwealth of Australia.
